You can use the following Free DoFollow Blogs Search to find the relevant do follow blogs with your keywords, visit these blogs and post your comments. By doing this, you can get lots of backlinks to your blogs to improve the google page rank of your websites. (Keep in mind, don’t spam them, you should add your value to them. Or I’d like to suggest you keep away from them.)

Or you can check the direct lists of do follow blogs and do follow social bookmarking sites, pick some sites you are interested in to post your comments, adding more value to those websites.
